Cookie policy

Which cookies and browser storage we use, why and for how long, and how to change your mind at any time.

  • Analytics only with consent
  • No advertising cookies
  • GPC honoured

1. What cookies are and how we use them

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) does a similar job. On this page we call all of these "cookies".

Most of our cookies are necessary or functional, and are set only when you do something, such as signing in. The only cookies that need your consent are Google Analytics cookies. We use no advertising cookies and no social-media trackers.

2. Your choice

  • Where applicable law requires prior consent, a banner with equal "Accept" and "Essential only" choices is shown before non-essential analytics loads. In other cases, analytics runs with restricted privacy settings. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
  • Your choice is stored in the seemerce_consent cookie for 180 days; after that we ask again.
  • Change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or right here. Choosing "Reject" deletes the _ga cookies.
  • If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Reject" and don't show the banner.

3. Necessary cookies (no consent needed)

4. Functional cookies (only when you act)

localStorage and sessionStorage data stay on your device and are not sent to our server.

5. Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Google Analytics records pages viewed, events (such as clicks and scrolls), device type and approximate location. Google signals and ad personalisation are off. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data goes to Google's servers; details in our Privacy Policy.

6. External content without cookies

This service sets no cookies, but your browser connects to it directly, so it sees your IP address. Images, fonts and comment avatars are served from our own server:

7. Browser controls

Your browser settings let you view, delete or block cookies. If you block necessary cookies, signing in and some forms won't work. Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal; we honour it.

8. Changes and contact

If we add a new cookie or service, this page is updated with a new date, and if it needs consent we ask you before using it. Questions? Email mahdiparto94@gmail.com.
