None of this is built to trap anyone; it protects the team's work while keeping the client's rights fully intact. The final word on any project is always that project's own signed contract — this page just lays out the general shape behind those contracts. Anything unclear is best asked before work starts.

2. Quality Guarantee

• Website design: delivered to the agreed scope, free of defects; anything technically wrong that traces back to our work gets fixed free during support.
• Speed and security: before/after results are measurable with recognized tools like PageSpeed and security scans.
• SEO: a principled approach aligned with Google's own guidelines is guaranteed; per the Terms, no honest team guarantees an exact rank. What's actually guaranteed is quality of execution and transparent reporting.

3. Support After Delivery

Every project ships with a support window during which fixes for issues tied to that work are free. Its exact length is written into that project's contract, and it can be extended once it ends.

4. How Refunds Are Calculated

A refund is based on the work actually completed, not simply time that has passed — since much of a web project's value gets produced in the first days, a deposit usually corresponds to work that starts right away. Each request is reviewed individually, with a clear breakdown of the numbers.

5. If a Project Gets Cancelled

• Before work starts: the deposit is refunded after deducting any costs already incurred (needs assessment, third-party purchases).
• After work starts: completed work is settled and the remainder is refunded.
• If we cancel: the full cost of the unfinished portion comes back, no deductions.

6. For Recurring Services (SEO & Security)

• Notice that the next period won't renew can be given in advance.
• The fee for a period already underway isn't refundable.
• Reports and results from earlier periods stay the client's, permanently.

7. What This Guarantee Doesn't Reach

• Third-party costs — domain, hosting, commercial plugins or themes, cloud services.
• Any change that falls outside the original agreed scope.
• Breakage that happens after delivery because of a change the client or someone else made.
• Delay that traces back to content, information, or access arriving late.
