Guarantee, support and refunds

1. Starting point: fairness for both sides

This page explains how much comes back for each service, and how. For project services, the signed agreement for that project comes first, but no agreement or clause reduces your statutory rights. Provider: Seemerce, operating seemerce.com (full details in the Terms).

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

Withdrawal under applicable law

Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance purchase, its time limits, eligibility rules and exceptions apply. Starting a service early, personalised work, completed services or delivery of digital content may affect that right only where the law permits and any required consent has been obtained. Business purchases may be subject to different rules. No contract or policy limits mandatory rights.

How to withdraw

A clear message is enough, for example: "I withdraw from contract/order no. … dated …. Name: … Account email: …". Any refundable amount is returned within 14 days of receiving your message, using the original payment method.

3. Project services (web design, SEO, speed, security, graphics and more)

Quality guarantee

• Web design: delivered to the agreed scope and free of technical defects. Faults caused by our work are fixed free during the support period set in the agreement.
• Speed and security: we measure before and after with recognised tools (such as PageSpeed) and report the results. Results also depend on theme, hosting and plugins.
• SEO: we guarantee sound work and transparent reporting; no specific ranking is guaranteed.

Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellation before work starts: the full deposit is refunded, minus actual costs incurred with your approval (such as a third-party theme or plugin).
• Cancellation after work starts: the cost of the work done (in proportion to the agreement's milestones) is deducted and the rest is refunded. We send you the calculation.
• Cancellation by us: the full amount for the unperformed part is refunded, with no deduction.

4. Recurring services (SEO and security)

• You can stop renewal at any time before the next period starts.
• The current period's fee is not refunded, unless we failed to deliver or under your statutory withdrawal right.
• Reports and deliverables from earlier periods stay with you.

5. SEO tools and the rank tracker

• A successful paid tool run whose result you received is used up and not refundable.
• Failed or expired runs are credited back to your wallet automatically; no request needed.
• Rank-tracker plans don't renew automatically. If a material part of a plan period was unusable because of us, we extend the period or refund that part.

6. Wallet

• Unused paid balance is refunded on request (for example when you close your account): to the original payment method, or to a bank account in the payer's own name, within 14 days.
• Only actual third-party fees (such as bank transfer charges) are deducted; we charge no penalty or fee.
• Gift or trial credit is not cash and is not refundable.
• The balance earns no interest. Wallet top-up is not live yet. Cryptocurrency top-up has not launched and will be offered in the future only in countries whose laws allow it.

7. Hosting and domains

These services are still "coming soon". Once they launch:

• Hosting: on your first hosting purchase, the full hosting fee is refunded if you ask within 7 days of activation. This does not apply to services suspended for abuse (such as spam or illegal content).
• Domains: registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered with the registry, because they are paid to the registry at that moment.
• If we cannot activate a service you ordered, its full price is refunded.
• Completed renewals are not refundable, except under your statutory withdrawal right.

8. Payments inside the marketplaces

In the freelance, digital-asset and sponsored-content marketplaces, money moves directly between users and never reaches Seemerce, so we cannot refund it. Agree a refund with the other party, and use "Report a problem" if they break the rules so we can review their account. Seemerce's fee in these marketplaces is currently 0%; if we ever charge one, it will be refundable under this page.

9. What isn't covered

• Third-party costs paid with your approval, such as commercial themes or plugins and cloud services (the 7-day hosting guarantee in section 7 is separate).
• Changes outside the agreed scope.
• Problems caused after delivery by changes made by you or someone else.
• Delays caused by late content, information or access.

10. How to request, and timing

1. Send your request through the contact page or to mahdiparto94@gmail.com: your order number or account email, the reason (not needed for statutory withdrawal), and for bank refunds the IBAN/Sheba of an account in the payer's name.
2. We usually confirm receipt within 1 to 2 business days.
3. We send our decision, with the calculation, within 7 business days.
4. Approved amounts are paid within 14 days.
