1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy covers seemerce.com (Persian and English) and every part of it: accounts, free tools, SEO tools and the rank tracker, the wallet, the freelance marketplace, the digital-asset market, the sponsored-content and ads marketplace, hosting and domain orders, the contact form, the job application form and comments.

The controller of your personal data and provider of the services is:

Send any question or request about your data to this email address. We have no separate Data Protection Officer; the Seemerce manager answers personally.

2. What data we collect

You enter most of it yourself. Some is recorded automatically when you use the site. The table shows exactly what is stored for each feature.

Do you have to give us this data? No law requires it. But some fields are needed to provide a service: without an email and password we can't create an account, and without a phone number we can't answer an order request. Optional fields are marked.

We don't ask for sensitive data (health, religion, ethnicity, political views). Please don't include it in messages, listings or CVs.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

We state the purpose and legal basis for processing personal data and respect the requirements of applicable data-protection law for all users.

We have no marketing newsletter. If we ever start one, we will send marketing email only with your separate consent. We don't send SMS.

4. Who sees your data

a) Other users, because that is how the service works

• Freelance profiles, approved projects and listings, and posted reviews are public.
• In the digital-asset market, a seller's phone number is shown to any visitor who clicks "Show number", even without signing in. Enter a number you are comfortable sharing for this purpose.
• In the sponsored-content marketplace, a publisher's card or IBAN/Sheba number and account holder name are shown only to the advertiser, and only after the order is accepted, so the advertiser can pay directly.
• In freelance conversations, the other party sees your messages and files.

b) The site administrator

The Seemerce administrator can access marketplace conversations and files to handle abuse reports, disputes, security issues or legal obligations, and does so only when needed.

c) Service providers working for us

They receive only what their job requires:

Site emails are sent from our own mail server, not a third-party email service. We use no SMS provider. Each external provider has its own privacy policy.

d) Authorities

We disclose data only when the law requires it (for example an order from a competent judicial authority) or to protect our users and ourselves against fraud and abuse. We check that a request is lawful first and give only the minimum needed.

e) Business transfer

If Seemerce or part of it is transferred, your data moves under the same commitments, and we will tell you beforehand.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for cross-context targeted advertising.

5. International transfers

• Data may be stored or processed outside your place of residence through our hosting infrastructure and service providers.
• Authorised team members may access data remotely when needed to provide the service, subject to the security measures in section 7.
• When data is transferred across borders, the safeguards required by applicable law apply, including appropriate contractual protections where required.

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) on every page.
• Passwords, password-reset codes and API tokens are stored as hashes.
• Private files, such as conversation attachments, project delivery files and payment receipts, open only after an access check and only for authorised people.
• Rate limiting, a security plugin, login lockouts after failed attempts, and restricted administrative access.

No system is 100% secure. If a breach creates a serious risk to your rights, we will notify you without undue delay and notify the relevant supervisory authority within the deadline required by applicable law.

8. Your rights and how to use them

We give these rights to every user, wherever you live:

• Access: know what data we hold about you and get a copy.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your account and data.
• Restriction: ask us to pause processing of your data.
• Portability: receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
• Complain: you may complain to the relevant data-protection or supervisory authority under applicable law. You may also contact us to seek a resolution.

How to make a request

• In your account panel: edit your name, mobile, email and password, download a copy of your data, or request account deletion. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
• By email: write to mahdiparto94@gmail.com.

To protect you, we may verify your identity, for example with a code sent to your account email. We aim to reply within one month and comply with any shorter mandatory deadline. Any permitted extension will be explained to you. Exercising these rights is free.

9. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies only keep the site working (for example signing in or remembering your cookie choice). Google Analytics loads only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "no".

10. Automated decision-making

• Listings, projects and ad orders are checked against fixed rules before publication, such as lists of prohibited topics and words. The result may be a hold for manual review or a rejection.
• To prevent abuse of the rank tracker's gift credit, the mobile number, disposable email addresses and the number of accounts per IP address are checked automatically.
• If an automated decision affects you, you can ask for human review, give your view and contest the decision.
• We do not currently use AI to moderate listings or projects. If we ever do, we will first name the provider and the data sent on this page.

11. Children and age

Accounts, payments and marketplace use are for people aged 18 or over. The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Additional privacy rights

We provide the following privacy commitments to all users, alongside any mandatory rights under applicable law:

• Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address), customer records, commercial information (orders and transactions), internet activity (logs and, with consent, analytics), approximate geolocation, professional information (CVs and freelance profiles) and content you send us. Sources and purposes are in sections 2 and 3.
• Sensitive personal information: account passwords and publishers' bank account details. We use them only to provide the service, not to infer characteristics about you.
• Sale and "sharing": we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers in section 4 for business purposes.
• Global Privacy Control: honoured as an opt-out.
• Your rights: to know, access, delete, correct and opt out. You may use an authorised agent. We respond within 45 days (extendable by 45 more with notice). We will not treat you differently, or change price or quality, for using these rights.

13. Lawful processing

We process your data according to applicable data-protection, consumer-protection and online-services law. Data is used only for stated purposes, is not made public without an appropriate legal basis or consent, and is disclosed in response to legally valid requests from competent authorities.

14. Changes to this policy

Every change is published here with a new date. For important changes we notify users by email or in the panel before they take effect and ask for consent again where needed. Current version of the terms and this policy: 2026-10-07.

If the Persian and English versions differ, the Persian version prevails, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
