The Kling VIDEO versions and their architectural difference
The Kling 3.0 series is not one model; it is two independent paths. The official documentation logs VIDEO 2.6 as upgraded to VIDEO 3.0 and VIDEO O1 as upgraded to VIDEO 3.0 Omni, meaning two parallel production lines, each with its own dedicated successor.

Which version belongs in deployment
3.0, and 3.0 Omni for multimodal input. Version 2.6 carries no technical justification for continued deployment today unless a service has been validated specifically on that version, since every parameter 3.0 adds is built on top of the capabilities 2.6 already had.
A parameter only extractable from their own official table
The official VIDEO 3.0 documentation carries a capability table comparing 2.6 and 3.0 parameter by parameter, and the data in that table is sharper than any summary. Text-to-video, image-to-video, start and end frames, and native audio: all four parameters are active in both versions. So audio is not a parameter 3.0 introduced.
What 3.0 did introduce: multi-shot generation in a single output, element reference on the start frame, multi-character coreference beyond three subjects, multilingual support, dialects and accents, fifteen-second output, and flexible duration. All seven parameters are logged as inactive in the 2.6 column.
Five languages younger than expected
The Kling speech-language list, Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish, is logged in that same table as a new capability of 3.0. The multilingual row is logged as inactive for 2.6. So until February 2026 this model had no language list at all.
For any architecture requiring Persian output, this carries two consequences. Persian is not among those five languages, and Kling produces no native Persian speech output. And because this list was only recently activated, further languages may well be added; this assessment is dated 13 August 2026.
4K, and which path it is bound to
Kling states it activated native 4K resolution on 23 April across the entire 3.0 series. So this capability is bound to the whole series rather than to one of the two paths. This is the single parameter that places Kling ahead of Seedance in the resolution column of our table, while Seedance still leads on the aggregate score.

- No supported-countries list is published, so the Iran field for this family is logged as unknown.
Technical verdict
Deployment should run on 3.0, with Omni selected for multimodal input. If your architecture requires Persian output with speech, this family has no answer for that parameter yet, and the voice-generation step should be budgeted as a separate stage.
