Why this report was needed
Because "who makes Kling" is a question that gets raised and has no documented answer in Persian-language sources. Kuaishou is a Chinese company whose core infrastructure is a short-video application, and inside China it is considered the direct rival to Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok. Kling is that company AI product. This report is not a substitute for the dedicated Kling page; there the product is documented, here the company is.
A parameter visible only by reading the maker own comparison table
The official VIDEO 3.0 guide carries a comparison table against VIDEO 2.6, and the row for "Multilingual Support (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish)" is marked absent for version 2.6 and present for version 3.0. That means these five languages are a capability added in version 3.0, and prior to February 2026 no language support list existed at all.
For a Persian-speaking reader, this parameter carries two operational consequences. First, Persian is not among those five languages, so video output with native Persian speech is not produced by this infrastructure and requires a separate audio-processing step. Second, the list is new and short, with expansion plausible in the future; this clarification is therefore dated, and the date is logged in this report.
A parameter Kuaishou operationalized before its rivals
Native 4K output. Kling states it activated this capability on 23 April on the 3.0 series and refers to it as "the world first native 4K video infrastructure." That is the maker own claim, attributed to them as such, but its operational effect in our table is real: Kling exceeds Seedance, which leads that same table, on the resolution parameter.

No parameter regarding the Kuaishou short-video application, its revenue, company scale, or position in the Chinese market is logged in this report. None of that is extracted from model documentation and none of it bears on the tool-selection process.

- Settlement runs exclusively through international cards, and an Iranian card does not clear its gateway.
Technical verdict
For instrumental or English-language video production where resolution is the deciding parameter, Kling is a reasonable choice and its free tier is sufficient for initial evaluation. For Persian output with speech, this infrastructure does not complete the operation on its own.
