What it actually is
Kilid is a real-estate listings platform that lets an individual list their own property directly or hand it to an agent. A separate tier called Kilid Pro targets agents and agencies with tools like lead and listing management, applicant and owner tracking, and reporting.
What you pay and what you get
For an individual user, listing and browsing is usually free or low-cost; the real spend is on the Pro tier and its promotional tools, aimed at agents and agencies. Like most Iranian real-estate listing platforms, including Divar, Kilid itself does not touch the actual money or title transfer in a deal.
Where it is strong and how it can improve
Its strength is a tidier search structure by city and neighborhood, with separate pages for buying and renting. Its area for improvement is the total absence of a payment or escrow layer; unlike a finance platform, the user has to manage the entire risk of a deposit, contract and title transfer themselves or through an agent.
What we could not verify
We could not confirm Kilid's exact founding year or official figures for listing or active-user counts from a citable source, so those numbers are left out of this review.
