What Torob actually is
Torob isn't a store, it's a search and comparison engine. A user searches for a product and Torob lists the stores that carry it along with each one's price, from Digikala and Basalam down to smaller specialist shops.
What you pay and what you get
Torob itself charges buyers nothing and no money changes hands on it; clicking a result sends the user straight to that store's site, and the purchase, payment, delivery and returns all happen under that store's own rules, not Torob's.
Where it is strong
For high-demand items like phones and appliances, the number of stores Torob indexes is large, and its price history chart genuinely helps buyers time a purchase. Neither Digikala nor Divar offers that.
How it can improve, and what we could not verify
Because Torob doesn't sell anything, delivery and returns don't really apply to it, and the low scores here reflect that: buyers have to go to the destination store for both. No verifiable figure for Torob's number of partner stores or daily traffic was available.
