What Achareh actually is
Achareh is a booking platform for home services: appliance repair, cleaning, plumbing, beauty and dozens of other categories. Users pick a service, set an arrival window, and a pre-vetted technician shows up. The platform has been running since 2016 and is one of the best-known apps in this space in Iran.
What you pay and what you get
Unlike many local providers that quote a price over the phone after showing up, Achareh displays the fee for each service before you confirm the booking. That transparency means you know what you are paying for, though the rate usually runs higher than hiring an independent local technician directly.
Where it is strong
In Tehran and a handful of major cities, technician supply is high and same-day or next-day booking is usually available. The rating system lets users see past customer feedback before booking, similar to rivals such as Karlopeh and Servik, though geographic coverage differs.
How it can improve, and what we could not verify
In smaller cities, technician choice narrows and wait times grow. Handling of post-service disputes, such as a poorly done repair, has been described as slow in some user reports. Achareh does not publicly publish a satisfaction rate or average support response time, so those figures could not be confirmed for this review.
